Four phases in every project.
The process is always the same. What changes is the brief.
A structured process is not bureaucracy. It is what makes projects arrive on time and within budget. We know in advance what happens at each stage because we have done it many times.
Understand
We spend time on the brief before touching any design tool. Who are your customers, what do your competitors look like, and what specifically needs to change. Most project problems come from skipping this.
Define
Scope, content structure, and deliverables documented and agreed before any visual work. This is what keeps projects on time, on budget, and free of late-stage surprises.
Create
Design with real content, not filler text. Feedback rounds are structured, documented in writing, and tracked. You review what you are actually going to get, not an impression of it.
Handover
Files, documentation, and training where needed. If you use a CMS, we show you how it works before we close the project. We do not disappear at launch.
